Values and Ethics
Our organization values and ethics are at the core of what we do. Therefore, as an organization, Siloe Group LLC preserves the right to reject, or deny performing any work that is not aligned with the values of the organization.
Our values are deeply rooted in the Catholic Doctrine, therefore we would not perform any work that includes the promotion of practices in contrast with the Catholic Doctrine, this includes but is not limited to: lying, stealing content, promoting abortion, contraceptive, same sex unions, or other practices.
Project Management:
In order to guarantee successful results for all our clients, all our projects are managed under a weekly milestone structure.
Payment Conditions for Standard Projects:
Standard projects are considered such projects with a financing amount of less than $4,000 per week, no matter the number of weeks for the project completion.
In order to guarantee the successful initiation of all our projects, all projects are initiated after 50% of the total amount of the project is paid in advance by “the client”.

All projects are managed under a weekly management structure, therefore a weekly payment structure is applied to all projects without exception. The invoicing of the full project is submitted in advance to the client with expected payment dates, in order to provide the client with sufficient time to pay each invoice.
In consequence, as each of the milestones is delivered, each payment should be also be paid on the same Friday before the next weekly milestone initiates, in order to fund the project, otherwise, the project will be put “on hold” until the payment for the delivered work is released.
In addition, and in order to guarantee the quality of our work and the sustain of our operations, each project will have a monthly standard fee which will be included as part of each project budget, with nom exception.

Payment Negotiation for Large Projects:
Large projects are considered such projects with a financing amount larger than $4000 per week and 12 weeks of duration.

Negotiation of the payment terms described above will be only available for projects larger than $2,000 per week, otherwise, the project is considered a standard project and payment conditions should be followed.
Technology Use:
In order to provide the best results for our clients, we make use of the latest technology for all our processes. This may include the use of Artificial Intelligence for research, citation and/or ideation purposes (ideation of titles., outlines, phrases of text for paraphrases). Please note, ideation could provide ideas for our work, but never do the work we are entitled as a consulting and writing organization.
Contract Termination
Contract termination between “the client” and us, “the provider” should be informed with at least 2 weeks of anticipation.
